Nepal: How a 97-year-old was rescued during the flash floods

A 97-year-old woman pulled from flood debris in Nepal is recovering in hospital, according to her doctors.

Guna Maya Bohara's great-nephew, Dipak Bohara, has told BBC Nepali she looked like "a warrior" who had returned victorious from battle.

The operation to pull Bohara out of the rubble of her care home took four hours.

Bohara travelled from Kathmandu to help rescue his great-aunt.

Hundreds of people have been confirmed dead after Wednesday's flash floods, which scientists believe were triggered by a glacier collapsing in the Himalayan border region with Tibet.

Violence breaks out in Ceuta as migrant crisis continues

A month after tens of thousands of migrants entered the city of Ceuta, a Spanish exclave in North Africa, there have been outbreaks of violence as tensions mount between locals and foreign arrivals.

The Spanish government has been accused by opposition parties of struggling to manage the crisis effectively.

Ceuta's residents have complained of feeling unsafe on the streets, as well as expressing concerns about the burden being placed on public services.

At least 72,000 migrants crossed from Morocco into Ceuta on 30 and 31 July. Most swam around a border fence and at least 100 people died during the mass crossing, according to figures from Ceuta's mayor.

The vast majority of the migrants returned to Morocco within hours of their arrival, but several thousand remain in Ceuta, many of them children, and most are sleeping rough on beaches or streets.

Anti-migrant demonstrations earlier this month were largely peaceful, but in recent days they have become increasingly violent.

On Thursday, several dozen locals prevented Red Cross personnel from distributing food and water to the migrants. Afterwards, some set fire to migrant camps on Trampolín beach, the main site where they have been sleeping, and there were also clashes with the police.

Those incidents came hours after the arrest of 12 migrants who were accused of throwing stones at a military vehicle, breaking its windows and injuring the four men inside. That same morning there were reports of vigilante groups pursuing migrants through the streets.

Journalists and film crews have also reported being threatened.

"This is a city which has been under pressure, […] which has the right to normality," the mayor of the exclave, the conservative Juan Jesús Vivas, told Antena 3 television.

"The dignity of Spain is a stake right now in Ceuta," he said.

'Terrorist connection' over Trump Turnberry vandalism charges

Seven people accused of vandalism at Donald Trump's Turnberry golf resort have been charged with an offence alleged to have a "terrorist connection".

The allegation is contained in an indictment lodged with the High Court of Justiciary in Glasgow over the incident that happened at the Ayrshire resort during a protest on 8 March 2025.

It states that the offence was aggravated under Section 31 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, as amended by the Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Act 2021, because it had a "terrorist connection".

The Defend Our Juries group has criticised the move, claiming the accused could face "far longer prison sentences" despite not being charged with terrorism offences.

Andy Burnham says he will not vote on assisted dying unlike Starmer

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has revealed he will not vote on the assisted dying bill for England and Wales unlike his predecessor Sir Keir Starmer.

MPs are likely to get the chance to debate and vote on the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill in two weeks' time.

The bill is identical to the one put to Parliament last year, where it passed in the House of Commons but stalled in the Lords after an unprecedented number of amendments meant it ran out of time.

Burnham said he has his "own personal views on the issue" but it was "a matter for Parliament to decide". Starmer voted in favour of the previous bill when he was PM but did not campaign in favour of it, remaining officially neutral.

Writing to Labour MPs on Friday, Burnham said: "My role, as the prime minister, will be to lead a government that implements the will of Parliament in this area – whether that is to change the law or not.

"I also do not want to unduly influence the debate as prime minister and for every colleague to know it is a genuinely free vote.

"For these reasons, I have taken the decision that it is most appropriate for me not to vote at Second Reading."

He added that "there is no single right position" and it was an "incredibly important and personal debate".

"It is vital that those different views are treated with dignity and respect," he wrote.

While his abstension is a departure from Starmer's support, Burnham stressed that the government as an entity would officially remain neutral on the bill.

When he was Greater Manchester mayor, Burnham indicated he was in favour of assisted dying in principle.

But in June he suggested it would be challenging to implement before social and palliative care were improved.

The assisted dying law would allow adults over the age of 18 who are expected to die within six months to be given help to end their own life, subject to certain safeguards.

The former Housemartins musician reached the top on Friday, in part, by shifting more vinyl copies than any other album over the past seven days.

Dolly Parton, who died earlier this week, aged 80, has three singles in the top 40, including 9 to 5, which landed at number 12 in this week's UK chart, having previously peaked at 47 in 1981.

Elsewhere on Friday, Sam Fender and Olivia Dean's Rein Me In extended its record as the longest-running number one single in UK chart history.

Nepal flood devastation revealed in satellite imagery

New satellite imagery has revealed the scale of the devastation along Nepal's Trishuli River caused by Wednesday's deadly flash flood, triggered by a glacier collapse.

Before-and-after images show how sections of the valley, where a torrent of floodwater and debris surged through, destroyed villages, bridges and hydroelectric power stations.

More than 550 people have been killed, Nepalese officials say, with hundreds more missing.

Among the worst-hit locations reviewed by BBC Verify was a key Nepal-Tibet border crossing, which was engulfed by a rush of floodwater and captured on camera.

The satellite imagery from US-based intelligence firm Vantor, shows the site has been almost entirely washed away. Shocking CCTV footage showed the moment as the deluge of water swept over buildings as people tried to escape.

Russia ramps up rhetoric but wants to avoid war with Nato - Western officials tell BBC

Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to avoid a direct military confrontation with Nato, despite increasingly hostile rhetoric aimed at the UK and other allies over their support for Ukraine, Western officials believe.

Some reports have suggested the visit by CIA chief John Radcliffe to Moscow this week was, in part, to warn Russia against a possible attack on a member of the Euro-Atlantic military alliance.

But the Western officials, who asked not to be named, said recent warnings from Moscow, including that UK forces could be targeted in future or that its weapons factories could be hit, were "nothing new".

They were, they suggested, consistent with Russia's military doctrine to apply pressure on the West.

The officials suggested that the hostile rhetoric was also a reflection of the growing pressure Putin is facing at home, with slow and costly gains in Ukraine along with the impact of Ukrainian long-range strikes deep inside Russia.

Putin and his officials have repeatedly dismissed warnings of Russian plans to attack Nato countries as hysteria. And US President Donald Trump appears to believe the Russian leader – saying this week that "he's not going to attack a Nato territory".

Not long before launching his full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Putin had given public assurances that he had no intention of attacking Russia's neighbour - despite overwhelming US intelligence that such preparations were in full swing.

However, the senior Western officials said on Friday that Russia would likely continue its "hybrid activity", short of direct military action, using methods such as cyber-attacks, sabotage and even assassination attempts.

They said that was aimed at breaking Western resolve and support for Ukraine. One official highlighted the risks of that Russian strategy leading to a miscalculation -which could spark a military confrontation.

Russia is suspected of being behind a string of recent drone incidents in several Nato countries.

Earlier this month, a drone loaded with explosives reached a runway in Germany's Leipzig airport - a key logistics hub for transferring military equipment to Ukraine. There is no proof to link the incident directly to Russia, which has denied any role.

It came amid a string of drone sightings over European airports and military bases that began last year and which are also suspected of being the work of Russia, though it again denies this.

Following the Leipzig incident, the head of France's security services warned that "we must consider the possibility of direct, more violent hostile actions on our national soil".

Still, one Western official said Nato allies should remain calm but not complacent. The UK government has already made clear that recent Russian threats will not deter its support for Ukraine.

The Western officials said the Ukraine war had "escalated" this year, with both Moscow and Kyiv stepping up their own long-range strike campaigns.

Putin, they said, had not changed his maximalist objectives, despite some signs of increasing frustrations back home.

They said petrol shortages in Russia were having an impact on support for the war. They believed there was increasing political pressure on the Russian leader, but that this did not pose a critical challenge to his power.

Russia is still making slow gains in the eastern Donbas region. But it's also facing heavy casualties.

The officials said Russia was losing 6,000 more soldiers a month - either killed or wounded - than it can recruit.

That said, there is no indication yet that the Kremlin leader will resort to mass mobilisation.

Gianni Infantino: Uefa's attack on Fifa president escalates football's civil war

Much may depend on whether US courts side with Uefa over its requests for disclosure of evidence related to the FFE plan. In documents seen by BBC Sport, it is seeking information from three parties; Fifa, Thrive Capital - the venture capital firm earmarked as the lead investor in FFE along with its founder Josh Kushner, and former Formula 1 chief Greg Maffei, who is described as "the key commercial adviser" on the proposed deal.

While the filings state that neither Kushner or Maffei are anticipated defendants in any proceedings, in the case of Kushner for instance, Uefa's lawyers say they are seeking subpoenas for "the production of documents and communications and for deposition testimony".

Although Kushner, who is the brother of US president Donald Trump's son-in-law, is yet to comment, some legal experts believe he could successfully challenge and block such a subpoena request by arguing that the details of the deal need to remain confidential to protect his business interests and future investments. Kushner has recently agreed a deal to buy basketball's Los Angeles Lakers for a record £9.3bn.

It is unclear how long this process could take, or whether Uefa will secure the evidence it needs to support its claim that the World Cup was deliberately undervalued at about £15bn. Nor is it clear whether it will ultimately follow through on its threat to lodge a criminal complaint in Switzerland.

How confident Uefa would be of criminal charges being brought is also highly uncertain. In 2002, in echoes of the current disunity, several Fifa executive committee members filed a criminal complaint against former president Sepp Blatter with a Zurich court, external. The public prosecutor took no action, while Blatter denied wrongdoing. Last year, a long-running attempt by the Swiss Attorney General's Office to prosecute Blatter and former Uefa president Michel Platini ended with both men being fully cleared of corruption charges.

"What Uefa have to show is that they have an arguable case for criminal proceedings to be brought against Infantino," says leading sports lawyer Nick de Marco KC.

"If they can show that…then they ought to be given disclosure of a lot of the documents."

When asked what he thought the chances were of the case eventually going to trial, De Marco said: "We're a long way off from that - the first stage is this disclosure application.

"My own view is that the likelihood of success in that, which is very important, is high, but then it's a question for the Swiss prosecutor, looking at that disclosure, to decide whether there is a case [and] that will take some time...but I think what we will likely see is disclosure of very interesting documents and more light shone onto this plan."

Perhaps aware of the challenges its legal action could face, Uefa has in the meantime pledged to "secure fundamental reform, restore proper limits on presidential authority and ensure that Fifa is once again governed as an institution - not around one individual", while demanding "a genuinely independent external review of FFE".

Given the support he retains in South America, Africa and parts of Asia, and how he has survived everything Uefa has thrown at him in recent weeks, many still expect Infantino to remain in power and seek re-election for a fourth term in the spring. Uefa has warned that, should he do so, it will "join forces with its partner confederations to ensure that member associations are offered a credible alternative - one committed to integrity, accountability, development and genuine institutional change".

But how likely is it that a unifying challenger will emerge? And how can the game avoid a repeat of such a crisis in future?

Leon Baptiste: Other British athletes convicted in connection with coach's sex assault of minor in Morocco

Three British former athletes were convicted in Morocco as part of an investigation into the sexual assault of a minor by a sprinting coach, BBC Sport can reveal.

The prosecutions led to the imprisonment of Leon Baptiste, a UK Athletics coach and 2010 Commonwealth Games gold medallist for England in the 200m.

Baptiste was originally reported as missing in Morocco in some media articles published on 14 August, before a BBC Sport investigation revealed his conviction and jailing.

Now, court rulings seen by BBC Sport shed more light on other convictions relating to the same case.

Two-time Commonwealth silver medallist hurdler Will Sharman, his brother and ex-bobsleigh athlete Richard Sharman, and fellow former bobsleigh competitor Lamin Deen, who were all on holiday with Baptiste, were convicted of participating in the enticement of a minor.

Also convicted of the same offence were acquaintances Ashley O'Leary Jones and David Tuck.

The group said via their lawyers that they were never arrested and were unaware of their convictions until informed of them by BBC Sport.

A spokesperson for all five men told BBC Sport: "William, Richard, Lamin, David and Ashley are shocked and distressed by the circumstances in which they have unexpectedly found themselves.

"They reject any suggestion that they knowingly engaged in unlawful or improper conduct. They left Morocco believing they had complied with all requirements placed upon them.

"At the time, they understood that they had paid an administrative fine equivalent to approximately £40 and that the matter had concluded."

BBC Sport understands that police raided a villa in Tamensourt on the outskirts of Marrakech after a girl contacted them claiming she had been brought to the property, had not been paid money she was promised in exchange for sex with Baptiste, and that she had been assaulted by a housekeeper after she was accused of stealing a watch.

Baptiste, 41, was subsequently convicted of sexual assault of a minor and given a 10-month prison sentence, which was subsequently reduced to eight months on appeal.

Court documents refer to the girl as being 16 years old and say she suffered "psychological trauma, sexual exploitation, physical assault and injury, and the violation of her human dignity".

Court records show that in June the five men were given suspended sentences of four months and fines of 500 dirhams (£40) each after being convicted of participating in the enticement of a minor.

All five men were acquitted of a separate charge of inciting a minor to engage in prostitution.

The Morocco presidency of the public ministry, which oversees prosecutions in the country, provided BBC Sport with the court judgement regarding the group, which reads: "The defendants were in the company of [Leon Baptiste] and were seated at the same table as the minor, alongside her.

"They thereby assisted him in deceiving the minor and persuading her to engage in sexual relations [with Baptiste]. This constitutes participation in the enticement of a minor.

"The court found them guilty on this count and decided to convict them for these acts."

The group had already left Morocco by the time the decision was handed down. Their convictions and sentences were upheld after an appeal hearing in July.

In a response provided by their lawyers to BBC Sport, the Sharman brothers, Deen, O’Leary Jones and Tuck say they visited the Montecristo nightclub based on a recommendation provided by their driver, and had no reason to believe it was anything other than a respectable establishment.

They say they were unaware of the girl's age and that some members of the group do not even recall seeing her in the nightclub. The villa they were staying in was vast and the interaction between the men and Mr Baptiste while inside the villa was limited.

They also say that they were not present in court on any occasion, that the court process was not in English and that it was not explained to them.

The spokesperson continued: "What has unfolded over recent months has been a distressing and incoherent saga.

"They did not properly understand the proceedings and were completely shocked on being told that they were the subject of a criminal conviction, when that is not how they understood it."

Companies House records and a biography on one of O'Leary Jones' social media profiles show he is a director of a company operating five children's care homes in Greater Manchester.

Tuck's social media biography indicates he is a military veteran, while a CV posted online lists experience coaching women's and children's football clubs including at Stoke City, Apollon Limassol in Cyprus, and Orlando Pride in the USA.

When asked by BBC Sport to comment on the convictions and the potential safeguarding issues raised, the UK Foreign Office, Home Office, and Department for Culture, Media, and Sport declined to provide a response.

Records also show that other people were convicted in relation to the case.

They include the housekeeper of the villa and two of its security guards, who were each given a two-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 5,000 dirhams (£396).

The manager of the Montecristo nightclub where the group met the girl was sentenced to two months in jail.

A waiter at the Montecristo was also prosecuted, as was the owner of the agency which rents out the villa.

The girl - a Moroccan national - was awarded civil compensation of 60,000 dirhams (£4,784), to be paid jointly by all of those convicted, plus court costs.

Six people injured after sign falls at Christian festival near Steyning

A 41-year-old man has died and at least six other people have been injured after reports a large sign had fallen at a Christian festival in West Sussex, police said.

Sussex Police said it was called to the Big Church Festival at Wiston Park, near Steyning, at about 15:38 BST on Friday.

At least six people were taken to hospital for treatment, and a 41-year-old man, from Eastbourne, died at the scene, the force said.

Organisers said following the incident the festival would be brought to a close.

Det Ch Supt Richard McDonagh said he recognised the "immense distress this will have caused people at the festival" and the police were working to establish what happened at the site in Washington Road.

"We know there were thousands of people at the festival and we're urging anyone with any information, or any relevant video footage, to please come forward. You can report it online or call 101, quoting Operation Igloo."

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and local authority have been informed, the force added.

Festival organisers said their thoughts were with those affected, and their immediate priority is the wellbeing of those involved and helping people leave the festival site safely.

Middlesbrough: Residents tell of concern after violent incidents

Residents near Middlesbrough have told the BBC of their concern after a spate of violent incidents in their area, including a crash that killed seven people including two police officers and a house fire that killed a woman and a seven-year-old girl.

Police have said the two incidents are not connected. They have made a series of arrests in relation to the crash and two arrests in relation to the house fire.

On Friday Redcar MP Anna Turley said disorder at a balloon release for one of the young men who died in the crash was "unacceptable".

Norway's King Harald dies aged 89 as son Haakon takes the throne

People across Norway paid tribute to the nation's late King Harald who died in the early hours of Friday morning at the age of 89 after 35 years on the throne.

Mourners gathered outside of the Royal Palace to lay flowers and remember him while his son, King Haakon VIII, officially succeeded him and met with his government.

Harald had been treated at the national hospital in Oslo for a rare blood condition.

On Friday evening, hospital staff and crowds gathered on the streets as the late king's coffin was moved from the hospital to the Royal Palace.

Tributes have been shared within the country and internationally - including by UK King Charles III who sent his "most heartfelt condolences".

Wife of man who died after turbulence sues Singapore Airlines

Kitchen and her husband, described as her "soul mate", were starting a six-week holiday to Singapore, Indonesia and Australia when the incident happened in May 2024.

The turbulence hit over Myanmar, with the flight then diverted to Bangkok, in Thailand, for an emergency landing.

"There had been some turbulence over Europe, and it had been shaky over the water, but it was around 10 hours into the flight when we encountered the main turbulence," Kitchen said.

"It was so severe; it felt like the aircraft was dropping. I noticed my Kindle and Geoff's phone had fallen to the floor, and I thought the plane was going down."

As the aircraft plummeted, Kitchen said her husband fell on top of her, squashing her into the armrest. Eventually, others helped to move him and a doctor on board began CPR.

Kitchen was taken to hospital while her husband was still on the plane. It was two days before she was told he had died.

It is understood that Geoff suffered a heart attack after the plane suddenly dropped at high altitude.

Imran Khan: Sarfaraz Ahmed says Pakistan players did not know about boycott threat

Head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed said he and his players did not know about a Pakistan Cricket Board threat to the England and Wales Cricket Board over a Sky interview with the sons of Imran Khan.

During lunch on day one of the second Test, Sky Sports aired an interview with Suleiman and Kasim Khan, the sons of former Pakistan captain and prime minister Imran, who has been in prison for the past three years.

It is understood the PCB raised the prospect of cancelling the Test at Lord's and the remainder of the three-match tour if the interview aired.

A version of the interview was broadcast, and the players returned to the field after the interval to continue the match.

"I don't know anything. I'm just focusing on the match," said Sarfaraz at the end of the second day's play.

"You're talking about the interview? We don't know about the interview."

Asked if there was ever a possibility his players would return for the afternoon session on day one, the former Pakistan wicketkeeper said: "All are OK. We were having lunch at that time."

Legendary all-rounder Imran Khan, 73, had a 21-year international career for Pakistan and famously led his team to World Cup glory in 1992.

He served as Pakistan's prime minister from 2018 to 2022. Since 2023, Khan has been in jail on corruption charges which he denies.

Right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos detained by ICE

British right-wing political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos has been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is awaiting deportation.

Yiannopoulos, 41, a former editor of Breitbart News and onetime employee of rapper Kanye West, appears to be held in Louisiana, according to ICE's inmate registry.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said he "was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on July 22, after failing to show up for his immigration hearing", and will remain in custody pending deportation.

The self-styled provocateur has called himself the "most fabulous supervillain on the internet". His critics call him a purveyor of hate speech.

Yiannopoulos, who grew up in Kent in the south of England, was arrested on 27 August after arriving at the airport in New Orleans.

He flew into the US in May 2019 and "chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws", said DHS.

The DHS statement referred to him as "an illegal alien from the United Kingdom".

The BBC has asked the British embassy in Washington for comment. Yiannopoulos did not respond to the BBC's request for comment.

"Being in detention is a choice," the DHS statement continued, calling on migrants who are in the US illegally to "self-deport now".

Yiannopoulos was an early supporter of Donald Trump during the 2016 election, headlining an event that year called Gays for Trump during the Republican National Convention.

But he soon fell out with the movement. Yiannopoulos still voices support for the Republican president's agenda. But he posted in March this year on X that Trump "has lost his way, bought off by foreign interests".

Yiannopoulos has courted controversy with his comments on transgender people, Muslims, Black Lives Matter, feminists and gay people, even though he himself identified as gay. He now calls himself an "ex-gay".

Rayan Cherki refuses to hide his emotions, an open book for all to see and hear in times of joy and disappointment.

Moments after Manchester City had put down their first heavyweight marker of the post-Pep Guardiola era by brushing aside Crystal Palace, he was asked live on TV how much he enjoyed the game. Rather than providing the usual textbook answer, he instead gave a colourfully uncomplimentary – and unprintable - description of his own first-half performance.

Andy Murray has long been a guiding figure for British tennis, but newly-married Katie Boulter will not be following his lead when it comes to keeping her wedding ring safe.

Three-time Grand Slam champion Murray, who married wife Kim in 2015, famously briefly lost his wedding band after playing with it tied to his shoe laces.

Murray had left his trainers - with the ring still attached - under a car to dry out after a practice session in California in 2021, and after discovering they were missing the next day, was eventually reunited with both after putting out an appeal for their return.

Boulter, who married Australia's world number seven Alex de Minaur this summer, said she will not be making the same mistake.

"I learned from Andy. I'm not going to do that," the 30-year-old said. "I don't wear it. Not during matches."

Boulter and De Minaur tied the knot at a small, private ceremony in England before holding a bigger celebration in Tuscany, Italy, in July.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Boulter said: "One was in the UK for my nearest and dearest. It was like eight people - very, very small, very much for my grandpa.

"It was a huge contrast to the Italian wedding, which had all of our closest people, all of our friends, and was a little bit more of a party and a lot of fun."

When it came to De Minaur's speech, however, Boulter admitted she was "sceptical".

"I hadn't seen him do any preparation for the speech at all. And he was like, 'I'm just going to wing it. It's fine. How hard can it be?'," she said.

"He was amazing. He was so, good. I was crying the whole time. I think I permanently cried for like three hours straight during all the speeches."

Since their wedding, the world number 60 has wasted no time in throwing herself back into tennis before the US Open, which gets under way on Sunday.

"I actually just chose to go straight back into the conditions, go into the deep end and see what we've got," said Boulter, who lost in the first round in Washington and Toronto before suffering a second-round exit in Cincinnati.

"I do think the conditions in the States are very different from the UK. I think you can't really replicate them.

"So I felt like I'd be a little underprepared coming to the US and just getting used to the conditions again would have been quite difficult."

Boulter's US Open begins with a first-round encounter against American wildcard Carol Young Suh Lee, who is ranked 143rd in the world.

（中央社記者郭宣彣新竹市28日電）台灣新竹地方檢察署今天說，新竹市立棒球場工程案，查出營造、監造公司4人涉在施工日誌及監造紀錄登載不實，均予緩起訴；前新竹市長林智堅等遭告發涉圖利等則予不起訴。

根據竹檢晚間發布新聞資料，新竹市政府變更設計完成前，指示營造公司先施作預定新增項目，導致部分原定工程進度延後。蕭姓工地主任、朱姓品管人員為使施工日誌符合預定進度，涉預先登載尚未施作的紅土回填及植草等項目。

檢方表示，李姓監造主任及帥姓監造工程師涉參照施工日誌，在監造日報表登載已監督相關工程，另製作、補簽18份施工抽查紀錄表，造成竹市府承辦人員誤信工程施工及查驗已完成。

檢方說，4人涉犯行使業務上登載不實文書罪，予緩起訴處分，並命4人收到執行緩起訴處分命令通知書後2個月內，各向公庫支付新台幣4萬元。

至於林智堅等遭告發圖利，檢方表示，棒球場工程雖多次追加預算，各次契約變更都未違反政府採購法相關規定，而經通訊監察、金流比對、搜索及帳務分析，未發現林智堅或其他竹市府人員與營造、監造公司間有不法金流、收賄或圖利事證，予不起訴。

檢方說，球場雖發現部分不符規範石塊、木材等，但數量有限，查無業者自外運入廢棄物、外運土壤變賣或詐領工程款等證據，而工程雖有行政管理及施工瑕疵，但不足認定相關人員涉刑事犯罪，均予不起訴處分。（編輯：李明宗）1150828

Is the best way to watch a movie on a pair of sunglasses?

I am nothing if not a huge movie buff. I watch way too many of them, and I’m always on the hunt for a new format in which to experience them. So when XREAL, the smart glasses company, sent me an a01 — one of its newer models, which it released in May of this year — I was eager to give them a spin as the newest vector by which to satisfy my media fanaticism.

The a01 isn’t a particularly sophisticated smart glasses model. Unlike more software-heavy AR glasses like, say, the Meta Orion or Snap’s Specs, it’s basically just an external monitor. It also doesn’t have a battery or an internal power mechanism. Instead, a simple USB-C cable plugs the glasses into a device of your choosing, which then becomes the headset’s power source. It’s also not so expensive, at an accessible price point of around $300.

The a01 is actually optimized for gaming, in that it can be plugged into a Steam Deck or other handheld gaming device. However, XREAL also advertises them as a way to watch movies and TV — and since that’s more my speed, once I had the a01 in hand, I plugged it into my personal laptop and booted up the Criterion Channel. I then sat watching David Lynch’s film “Wild at Heart” for a while, enjoying a sequence where Nicolas Cage, dressed in a snakeskin jacket, beats up a guy in a bar and then sings an Elvis song.

I’ll say this: The images look quite good. The glasses, which come outfitted with dual mini OLED panels, provide quite a nice image (those panels offer a 1080p resolution with up to 1,600 nits of brightness), with very vibrant colors. If you aim the glasses at a wall, it feels vaguely like you’re using a really vivid home projector — or perhaps are at a drive-in movie. In a dark room, you’re one step closer to the in-theater experience.

However, the overall experience also brought some questions to mind. Namely, why would I sit next to my computer with glasses on my head watching a thing that is also playing on my laptop only 14 inches away? The reason, XREAL offers, is that the glasses are more immersive (they claim the device’s projections are equivalent to viewing content on a 147-inch screen). Still, the redundancy of watching a movie while it plays right next to you makes you question what the actual purpose of the device is.

XREAL has suggested that the glasses can function as a “second monitor” (indeed, they’ve actually been referred to as a “wearable display”) but the functionality of this is, again, questionable. It’s rather difficult to see anything other than what the glasses are projecting — which would make it quite difficult to, say, work on a laptop while also wearing them.

The glasses can also be connected to your phone. Unfortunately, I have an older iPhone, which means that the a01’s cable is not compatible with the phone’s port. An adapter would have been necessary to link the two.

The user experience is easy enough to imagine, however. Connecting the glasses to a phone means that you’re not captive to an indoor experience anymore as you would be with a heftier device like a laptop. You can watch a movie while you’re traveling on a plane or a train (or, hell, while you’re walking down the street — although I would say this last option is generally ill-advised unless you want to accidentally walk into traffic).

However, there are still inconvenient limitations with using the device this way. For one thing, the glasses still only function as a screen-mirroring device — meaning that the screen of your phone needs to remain active while you’re using the glasses. This brings us back to the redundancy problem. You’re watching a video on a screen attached to your face while the same video plays on a different screen that is located less than a foot away. You could partially solve this issue by putting the phone in your pocket, but the chances seem high that any jostling might upset the device’s playback functionality.

It’s worth noting that the device can also be paired with a separate device, dubbed the Beam Pro, which is essentially a mini-tablet and can act as an isolated streaming hub. Users download shows and movies onto the Beam, connect it to the glasses, and watch. However, this device will cost you another $200.

Then there’s the heat. It doesn’t take long for the a01 to start warming up — producing an odd tingling sensation on the bridge of your nose and over your eyes. This is, of course, not an experience unique to XREAL’s products — it’s a well-known defect of most XR glasses. You can only cram so much computing into a small plastic device before all the electrical processing begins to warm everything up. Still, it’s a tad disconcerting, and not exactly what you would want from an accessory that you’re wearing on your face.

I will say that — heat aside — the a01 is a relatively lightweight and comfortable device — and it isn’t overly cumbersome like other smart glasses that I’ve worn. (Having given Snap’s Specs a try at CES earlier this year, I promise you those are significantly heavier — although it’s also a very different kind of device than the a01.)

XREAL continues to iterate its product line, with each new device seeming to improve upon the previous one. Indeed, some of the existential dilemmas present in the a01 and previous XREAL headsets seem to have been ironed out in the company’s newest (and yet to be released) device: Project Aura — which I caught a glimpse of during my visit to Google I/O earlier this year — promises a significantly more immersive and convenient experience.

The Aura is powered by Android XR, an extended reality operating system developed by Google and Samsung. The Aura comes with native hand tracking (which is absent in the a01), as well as access to the Google Play Store, giving the glasses significantly more interactive abilities and AR potential. It also comes with a puck, tethered to the glasses, that acts as both the charging source and a compute node. The puck, which can be easily placed in your pocket, means that — unlike the a01 — you have substantially more mobility and you don’t have to keep it plugged into a separate device.

Let’s return to the a01, though. Unfortunately, from a cinephile’s perspective, watching movies on a pair of sunglasses just isn’t ideal. In general, movie fans like a big screen — the bigger, the better, really. In a world of 4K OLEDs of varyingly gargantuan sizes, consumers have a lot of options. My TV — a 55-inch TCL S-series — isn’t even a particularly powerful device, but it provides a home-viewing experience that is more comfortable and satisfying than what the a01 can provide. To my mind, watching a movie at home on a large flat screen is second only to actually going to a theater. Watching a film on tiny screens less than an inch from your eyes, meanwhile, is an interesting experience for its distinct sense of immersion but not what I’d call optimal.

The a01 is an interesting glimpse into a hardware industry that continues to evolve and that is still finding its footing with consumers. I’m curious to see how the user experience shifts with XREAL’s upcoming Aura, and I’m game to reevaluate my movie-watching preferences when that time comes.

An Anthropic researcher just gave us a peek at self-improving AI

Training AI models with other AI models has become a very popular goal for neolabs — and now, a researcher in Anthropic’s fellows program has given us an early look at what it might look like in practice.

On Friday, Anthropic published a new paper titled “Automated Researchers Can Reliably Mitigate Alignment Failures,” detailing how AI systems could reliably improve a model’s performance on a set of alignment benchmarks. When given 10 benchmarks for specific misaligned behaviors, the automated systems were able to improve performance on every single one without degrading overall performance.

Led by Anthropic fellow Chen Yueh-Han, the system replicates much of the traditional approach to research. Each automated system searches the available literature, proposes a method, and trains the model using that method for 30 minutes, gradually increasing the benchmark over several iterations. Effective methods are preserved while ineffective ones are discarded, allowing the system to operate quickly and at a great scale.

“Overall, these results provide early evidence that automated alignment post-training could become practical in the near term,” the paper reads.

The paper is a step toward recursive self-improvement, which many see as the next significant step in AI progress. If models can improve their own alignment training, it’s plausible they could improve training practices more broadly — at which point, human AI researchers might soon become obsolete.

The paper isn’t shy about addressing this idea, explicitly comparing the Automated Alignment Researcher (AAR) to its human equivalent. “The best AAR method beats what experienced humans propose, on average within six hours,” the paper reads. “Human guided research directions do not lead to stronger performance.”

There’s even a cost comparison, in case anyone wasn’t convinced. “An AAR costs roughly $4 per hour in API inference against the $150 per hour we pay our human researchers.”

In fairness, the paper also points out a few limitations to this approach. The automated system only works insofar as the benchmarks reflect the actual alignment goals, and even then there’s significant work to be done in establishing and maintaining those benchmarks — not to mention maintaining and expanding on the literature the automated researchers are drawn from.

Brave’s browser one-ups Chrome with its new support for email aliases

Chrome alternative Brave just added a good reason to make the switch to its browser: email aliases. The feature, announced this week, allows Brave’s users to sign up for websites and other online services without having to share their personal email addresses.

To use the feature, you first need to create an account with Brave, where you can provide your real email address. Then, once logged into the browser, you’ll see a pop-up appear when clicking an email field on a website, offering the option to use an alias instead. (If the pop-up doesn’t appear, just right-click on the field to access the option.) The email alias will be filled in on the website’s form, and any emails coming to that address will be forwarded to your primary email account.

The company explains that using an alias can protect your privacy, particularly because websites use your email as a personal identifier, allowing them to target you for ads. Ad tech giants like Meta are also able to match the email you provided to a retailer’s website, for instance, with the address they have on file for you, allowing these companies to track what you bought or viewed.

Plus, if any website where you shared your email gets hacked, the hackers will then know your primary email address, and this information can be leaked and shared with data brokers.

Brave says it built the new feature to plug this privacy hole, adding that it doesn’t read the contents of emails sent to an alias — it only processes them for spam and virus filtering. After the email is forwarded, Brave deletes it from its servers. All data in users’ Brave accounts is also encrypted at rest, and any notes you save alongside an alias are stored locally on your device, unless you turn on the sync option. If syncing is enabled, notes will be encrypted end-to-end.

As the email alias feature is still new, Brave cautioned that some of the forwarded mail may initially go to your spam folder, but this should improve as Brave builds up its reputation score as a mail provider.

For the time being, Brave users are being offered five free email aliases. More will be available for Premium plan users in the future.

Open-weight AI companies are the Valley’s hottest acquisition targets

Everyone’s waiting for Nvidia to confirm this week’s most interesting tech deal: A reported $13 billion acquisition of Hugging Face, a platform for sharing open-weight AI models and benchmarks.

Now best known as the target for a team of reward-hacking OpenAI agents, Hugging Face is at the center of the ecosystem of developers building and deploying LLMs that aren’t owned by frontier labs. Think of it as a kind of GitHub for the AI era.

Rumors of that deal come after Nvidia struck a $6 billion agreement with Poolside, an open-weight model builder, that will see most of its employees move to the chip-making giant. And two weeks ago, Stripe acquired OpenRouter, the top provider of open-weight models to businesses, for more than $7 billion.

That’s a lot of capital pouring into a sector based on giving stuff away, and it reflects the latest trends in the AI sector.

For Nvidia, there’s a need to avoid further dependence on its deals with the major hyperscalers and frontier labs. That’s particularly the case when major AI model builders like OpenAI and Google are also building their own inference chips, like OpenAI’s Jalapeño, whose capabilities were announced this week. If model builders are making chips, Nvidia wants a chunk of the model-making business.

Nvidia already builds its own Nemotron family of open-weight models, but their uptake hasn’t been huge. By taking control of the largest U.S. developer space for open models, the company will have access to a mass of users it can drive to its chips and standards.

There are also growing questions about the cost of AI inference, which has companies exploring cheaper models built by Chinese companies like Moonshot, DeepSeek, and Alibaba. Right now, adoption is relatively small but growing — just 6% of companies use open-weight models, according to a survey of spending data by Ramp, or just 2% of software engineers measured by Jellyfish, which makes tools for developers.

Nik Albarran, the AI product lead at Jellyfish, told TechCrunch that open-weight models are primarily used by companies whose products rely on repeated inference workloads, like those providing customer service chats. Because these are high-volume tasks with a lot of repetition, an open-weight model can be tuned to answer the questions cheaply.

That’s certainly how Stripe has framed its OpenRouter acquisition. “Tokens are the central currency for companies building with AI, and it’s clear that the real-world economic potential will depend on making good use of scarce compute resources,” Patrick Collison, Stripe’s co-founder and CEO, said in a statement.

For coding and agentic tasks, however, varying requests and more reasoning mean that frontier models often win out, in part because the proprietary labs provide easier access, and in some cases a token subsidy. Albarran says that as companies dial in AI workflows, it will be easier to turn to open models. Still, the main reason companies look to those models now is for control and configurability, not because of spending concerns.

“There are not many companies where that is the case yet … [but] if the prices continue to go up from the frontier labs, more and more companies will be forced to at least consider it,” Albarran told TechCrunch. “When your AI-driven workflows are much more mature, that’s when it makes sense to invest in self-hosting models.”

Lin Qiao is the CEO of Fireworks, a leading open-weight models router and host for corporate users that is often discussed as a potential acquisition for a tech giant. Qiao says her company processes 40 trillion tokens a day, more than either of Gemini’s or OpenAI’s APIs.

Fireworks’ bet is on model diversity: As LLMs proliferate and improve, it will be easier for companies to train them specifically for their needs. “Every single app company should consider hiring an in-house researcher,” she told TechCrunch last week. “They can use their product and product data to build their own model. The future is actually specialized intelligence. Literally, every single company should have their own model per use case, and that will happen automatically.”

It’s easy to forget how early we are in the development of AI as a tool and a business. The dominance of OpenAI and Anthropic, however, isn’t inevitable. As the tech giants look to hedge their bets on the biggest labs, the allure of open technology is proving tough to resist.

Apple TV is raising its subscription prices again

For the fourth time in four years, Apple TV is hiking its subscription prices.

Now, Apple TV subscriptions will cost $14.99 per month, up from the previous $12.99 per month. The annual subscription cost will also jump from $99 to $119.

Apple One, the bundle that includes subscriptions to services like iCloud+, TV, Music, and Arcade, will now cost $21.95 per month, up from $19.95.

Apple isn’t alone in hiking prices for its subscriptions. Netflix raised its prices in March, and Peacock announced a price increase earlier this month. Tech companies are also raising hardware prices, given ongoing RAM and component shortages due to massive demand for hardware for building AI data centers.

Consumers’ dismay with Apple likely won’t last long, given that the company will announce its newest slate of iPhones, which will likely include its first foldable model, on September 9.

More Americans oppose police license plate cameras than support them: survey

The growing backlash against surveillance companies like Flock may have reached a tipping point. A new survey has found that more Americans oppose these surveillance cameras than support them.

According to a new YouGov survey of 20,000 people across the U.S. that was shared exclusively with The Washington Post, 46% of respondents opposed the company’s surveillance cameras in their communities, while 38% supported them. This is a reversal from last year, when the majority of survey respondents said they were in favor.

Flock is one of the more visible surveillance companies, operating more than 120,000 license plate readers across the U.S. that can track the whereabouts of vehicles. The company has been embroiled in controversy following reports of police abusing the cameras’ surveillance, which resulted in dozens of U.S. communities rejecting Flock’s cameras or canceling their contracts amid privacy concerns.

The survey also reported that more respondents said the surveillance would not make them feel any safer.

When reached by TechCrunch, Flock claimed there was wide support for its surveillance technology, but acknowledged that “support isn’t unconditional,” and touted the rollout of its recent safeguards. Critics, like the ACLU, have said the company’s new safeguards amount to little, and Flock remains a major threat to civil liberties.

Amid the intensifying backlash, Flock CEO Garrett Langley last week called for a “compromise” between surveillance and privacy, following a rise in vandalism targeting Flock cameras.

Friend-focused photo-sharing app Retro snags $21M

Retro, the friend-focused photo-sharing app built by former Instagram product engineers Nathan Sharp and Ryan Olson, has raised north of $21 million in Series A funding, according to an SEC filing.

The fundraise is a testament to the enduring need for social apps that connect people with one another more directly, instead of through personalized algorithms filled with creator content and now, often, AI slop.

“Something that has to be true and will be true is that people will still want to see more of their friends,” Sharp told TechCrunch in December, referring to how For You-style feeds have taken over today’s social media. “The photos and videos you take will need to find a place where they can reach the intended audience,” he said.

Business Insider first spotted the SEC filing, which is under the startup’s name, Lone Palm Labs. The filing, dated August 19, indicates the funding itself was closed in December. PitchBook now estimates the startup is valued at over $100 million.

Retro didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Launched in 2023 as more of a personal photo journal, Retro has since expanded its feature set to let users privately share photos of their week with friends; create shared albums; view and share recaps; or “rewind” to time-travel back through photo memories.

The app has another advantage that appeals to consumers: It doesn’t monetize via advertising. Instead, the company offers in-app subscriptions that offer features like support for video, GIF and sticker comments, more styles, unlimited history, and special app icons.

According to data from app intelligence provider Appfigures, Retro has been downloaded around 7 million times since its launch and has seen its in-app spending jump north of 460% over the past 180 days. While it’s still a small subset of app users who subscribe, the expectation is that those who make that jump are committed customers who have turned Retro into a frequently used photo-sharing app.

Retro’s backers include Thrive Capital, Figma CEO Dylan Field, Scribble Ventures, Box Group, Imaginary Ventures, Coalition, Conviction, Copper, Positive Sum, and various angels.

How Sweden built one of Europe’s hottest startup ecosystems

Sweden is perhaps one of the world’s hottest tech hubs right now. It has long been home to Spotify and Klarna, but this latest wave of companies — from legal AI startup Legora to vibe-coding tool company Lovable — has left everyone wondering what’s going on in one of the world’s happiest countries.

Sophia Bendz, a general partner at Cherry Ventures, stopped by Equity to break down the latest in Stockholm’s startup ecosystem. Her answer for why the country has produced so many buzzy startups: Being a founder is actually cool. When she worked at Spotify years ago, the cool thing was to become a banker or go into consulting. “Now, I think a lot of people optimize for creating stuff and optimizing for both sort of freedom and probably wealth.”

This year, the startup ecosystem has raised $2.8 billion in funding, according to Dealroom, and is projected to hit at least $5 billion. Last year, the ecosystem raised $3.2 billion. Nothing has quite matched the $8.5 billion raised in 2021 — a reflection of the hot venture market that later cooled and is now, per the data, starting to heat back up again. Other big emerging names from the ecosystem include Neko Health and autonomous freight company Einride.

Bendz said that the latest wave of startups in Stockholm is benefiting from the first generation of entrepreneurs, who are providing resources and mentorship to the latest generation — or, in some cases, becoming repeat founders themselves (Spotify founder Daniel Ek, for instance, is also the founder of Neko Health).

“I think we also see a lot of people now kind of leaving Lovable because they also see these opportunities for companies that can be built with that technology,” she said about how this generation could inspire the next. “People that have worked at Lovable and Legora seem to be very entrepreneurial-driven and keen to start their own companies.”

Unsurprisingly, American investors have taken note. Bendz said more and more American investors have been flying in to meet with founders and hand out term sheets. “It’s just a testament to that we have a lot of great building companies here,” she said. “It’s a sign that we’re doing something right.”

Neocloud Lambda secures $1B in debt to buy more chips

Lambda, an AI cloud company that buys computing chips and rents them out to businesses, has raised $1 billion in private, short-dated debt to buy Nvidia’s AI chips that it will lease to Microsoft, Bloomberg reports.

The terms of the deal, which Bloomberg says was arranged by JP Morgan Chase, signal that Lambda is betting it will be able to quickly deploy the chips and start generating revenue from them, letting it repay the debt fairly quickly using that incoming cash.

This is the latest in a string of loans that Lambda is using to fund GPU infrastructure for specific customers. In May, it closed a $1 billion secured credit facility, and this week it announced the closing of a $926 million loan to fund Nvidia GB300 GPUs, one of Nvidia’s newest chip models, for a deployment it’s under contract to provide Nvidia.

The $1 billion private debt deal comes as Lambda is reportedly in talks for a $3 billion pre-IPO round. The company last November raised $1.5 billion in venture capital at a $5.43 billion post-money valuation, per PitchBook data.

Lambda isn’t the only one relying on debt to fund the AI boom — according to data Bloomberg compiled, banks and tech companies have raised over $400 billion in AI-related debt globally in 2026 so far.

當心債愈整愈多銀行協商才是正途

坊間常見有公司宣稱能協助民眾「債務整合、減輕壓力」，然金管會提醒民眾，有債務問題，應及早主動與債權銀行協商可行的還款方式，或洽銀行公會「消費金融無擔保債務協商委員會」諮詢；千萬不要相信代辦公司所謂的「專業」以及誇大的廣告，否則只會讓民眾多花冤枉錢。

假債務整合實為以債養債

金管會指出，代辦業者聲稱可協助進行負債整合，規劃償債計畫，說穿了只不過是讓民眾「以卡養卡」、「以債養債」，整合下來，可能表面上每月應付本息稍有降低，但實際上只是延長期數，甚至利息優惠也僅限於前幾個月而已，總計下來債務和利息根本沒比原來少，再加上可觀的代辦服務費，還款壓力一點也沒減輕。

金管會也說明，代辦業者以「託管後暫時不用繳款，銀行不可催收」、「律師出面以最低折扣贖回債權」等訴求誤導民眾，在收了託管費後，代辦業者先煞有其事地替民眾寄發「律師函」給債權銀行，但隨後繼續為民眾出面交涉的情形則是微乎其微。結果民眾債務不僅未解決，又被高額託管費剝了一層皮。

此外，代辦業者常使用「宣告破產」的花招賺取諮詢費。但債務人不應有太多不當期待，因為向法院申請「更生」或「清算」仍得付出相當代價，不但個人信用受折損，居住自由及基本生活也都可能受到相當限制，所以民眾仍應積極面對債務問題，與銀行協商，盡力還款。

新光醫療長期持有大量母集團金控股權，藉由交叉持股鞏固經營權。以帳列持有金控股票的公允價值（含普通股與特別股）來看，2023年底新光金控股權帳面價值約52.76億元，到了2024年底，隨著市場行情回溫，回升至72.15億元。

帳列資產大增34億股息大增3倍

2025年隨著合併案生效，新光醫療手中的新光金股票依比例轉換為「台新新光金控」普通股與各類特別股，帳列價值飆破86.64億元；近3年內，新光醫療光帳上的金控股票資產，就大增近34億元。

另實質落袋的現金更是豐厚。新光醫療財報中「非醫務收益」項下的「現金股利收入」，2023年與2024年分別僅有1.25億元與1.26億元；2025年換股合併後，當年度現金股利收入爆發性成長，狂飆至4.93億元，相較前一年暴增近3倍，也帶動醫院整體投資收入一舉突破5億元大關。

不同於部分同業，因投入擴建或健保點值波動，醫務本業陷入虧損，新光醫院2023到2025年醫務本業獲利分別為3.79億元、2.67億元、3.24億元；但非醫務收入的現金股利也可提供其擴建資本，2023年非醫務淨利益佔稅前盈餘近40%，到了台新金與新光金換股合併的2025年，現金股利飆至4.93億元，帶動非醫務淨利益達7.56億元，貢獻當年度整體稅前獲利的70%。

〔記者王孟倫／台北報導〕台股即將邁入「9月天」，投顧機構表示，從資金面來看，外資雖然「由賣轉買」，惟資金存量尚未回補，因此，須觀察外資買超是否延續？以及投信是否持續進場加碼等；此外，從歷史經驗來看，台股選前三個月（8月）開始到11月報酬中位數為「負」，過去九屆中僅三屆上漲；但台股選後一個月，九屆全數上漲，呈現「選前震盪整理」、「選後動能轉強」。

首先，根據統計，台股八月三大法人合計買超 3,746 億元，其中，外資買超 3,295 億元、投信買超 558 億元；相較六月外資賣超6,018億元、七月賣超7,389億元，八月為連續兩個月大幅賣超後的首次轉買，因此，外資回補為本月指數上漲的主要驅動來源。

不過，投顧表示，資金存量尚未同步回升，2020 年以後，台股市值與證券劃撥存款餘額的比值出現結構性上移，籌碼鎖定程度提高使相同的資金存量可對應更高的市值。

以迴歸區間推算，七月底 4.18 兆元的劃撥餘額，對應的市值上界約為138兆元、指數約 39,800 點；而目前指數水位對應約156兆元市值、44,760 點以上，所需的合理劃撥餘額約為4.7 兆元。若以此估算，資金存量與現行市值之間、仍存在約5,000億元的缺口，因此，觀察外資買超是否延續、投信是否持續加碼、以及散戶現金是否回流推升劃撥餘額。

其次，從「歷史經驗」來看，以 1990 年以來九屆選舉年統計，台股選前三個月（8月）開始到11月報酬中位數為負，九屆中僅三屆上漲，為統計區間中表現最弱的一段；選前一個月中位數則為+1.20%、五屆上漲。

選後則相反：台股選後一個月中位數+3.91%，九屆全數上漲；選後三個月中位數+4.43%，九屆中八屆上漲，標普 500選後三個月中位數+3.99%、七屆上漲；費城半導體選後三個月平均+12.61%，為各指數中彈性最大者。永豐投顧表示，歷史分布所隱含的路徑，為「選前震盪整理」、「選後動能轉強」。

「各屆的總經與產業背景差異甚大」，分析師指出，主要差異在於「獲利動能EPS連續七個月淨上修」、「外銷訂單連兩個月站上900億美元」等，此組合在過去九屆的選前三個月並不常見，端看市場是否「利多大於利空」，作為後續股價評估時的參考。

此外，展望台股，操作區間設定為42,000至49,000點，上緣 49,000 點對應在量能與資金到位前提下，本益比擴張所隱含的位置。

法人表示，台股「追蹤指標」有四大項：一、證券劃撥餘額能否回升，為資金面的核心驗證；二、外資買超是否延續，以及投信與散戶資金是否同步進場；三、成交量能否回升至1.2 兆元；四、長天期美債殖利率，30 年期 5.33% 是否進一步上行，仍為評價端最敏感的變數。

〔記者方韋傑／台北報導〕台達電（2308）擴大高壓直流（HVDC）領域布局，旗下新加坡台達電子與新加坡工藝教育學院（ITE）簽署合作備忘錄（MoU），雙方將建立HVDC訓練系統，並透過企業實習、學生實習及專案等方式培育相關技術人才，共同發展職前與持續教育訓練課程，以支援新興電力基礎設施及高效能運算（HPC）應用所需能力。

台達電指出，隨著人工智慧（AI）與高效能運算推升高功率密度運算基礎設施需求，高效率及可靠的電力傳輸日益重要，HVDC正成為支援相關需求的重要技術，並帶動相關技術專業及人才能力需求增加。

根據雙方規劃，此次合作涵蓋3大領域，首先將建立可模擬實際工作場景的HVDC訓練系統；其次透過企業實習、學生實習及專案，提高ITE教職員與學生的相關能力；同時共同開發職前培訓（PET）與持續教育訓練（CET）課程模組，增加師生接觸HVDC技術及產業應用的實務機會。

此外，這項合作並非一次性計畫，除了透過產業與教育體系進一步交流，使技術訓練能夠配合電力及基礎設施產業需求變化，台達電與ITE規劃未來5年仍將持續探索其他潛在項目，進一步強化HVDC訓練及符合產業需求的技術能力，以因應下一代永續電力基礎設施持續演進的需求。

歐洲又傳博物館遭竊。1條為1930年代埃及王國婚禮所打造的200克拉鑽石項鍊，27日於奧地利維也納應用藝術博物館展出時，在光天化日下遭竊賊偷走，警方還在追緝2名涉嫌竊賊。

彭博、法新社28日報導，這2人27日在維也納應用藝術博物館（Museum of Applied Arts）開放參觀時段，進入展廳，砸破展示櫃，取走陳列其中的一條估計價值約400萬美元的鑽石項鍊後，徒步逃離。

警方表示，這2名嫌犯犯案時並未蒙面，並且是買了門票進入博物館，在監視攝影機上清楚呈現其容貌；2嫌身材瘦削，身高約175公分，留著深色頭髮和鬍鬚；監視器畫面顯示，2人犯案時均穿黑衣及深色運動鞋。

遭竊的項鍊是為了1939年埃及王國公主法絲亞（Princess Fawzia）與當時伊朗王儲、後來的伊朗末代國王巴勒維（Mohammad Reza Pahlavi）的婚禮所製作，由法絲亞的母親、娜茲莉王后（Queen Nazli）所配戴，共鑲有673顆鑽石、重達200克拉。拍賣公司蘇富比（Sotheby's）2015年拍賣時，曾估計這條項鍊價值約360萬到460萬美元（約1.1億到1.4億台幣）之間。

這起案件是維也納自2003年，義大利文藝復興時期藝術家切利尼（Benvenuto Cellini）作品金製琺瑯鹽罐「Saliera」遭竊之後，涉案價值最高的藝術品竊案。

此案也勢將令外界再度關注博物館的安全措施。去年巴黎羅浮宮才發生價值約1億美元的珠寶，在大白天遭竊，該案後來有多人遭逮捕，羅浮宮館長也被迫辭職；更近期如本週在西班牙比列納鎮（Villena）一座博物館，也有一批約3000年歷史的黃金文物遭竊。

尼泊爾與中國邊境洪災失聯人數今天超過2400人，凸顯這場災難的嚴重程度，26日海嘯般洪水與泥石流席捲尼中邊境村莊，已造成數百人死亡。

法新社報導，即使新的洪災威脅仍未解除，救援人員持續在泥濘中搜尋。目前緊急救援隊已尋獲586具遺體，其中部分死者甚至被洪水沖到遠至印度境內的下游地區。

最新數據公布之際，尼泊爾災害管理當局將933名水力發電工程人員列入失聯名單。原有名單中也包括前往西藏岡仁波齊峰（Mount Kailash）的登山客與朝聖者。

尼泊爾首都的醫院擠滿焦急的家屬，他們苦苦尋找失聯的親人。醫院牆壁上貼滿失蹤者的照片與姓名。

美國地質調查局（USGS）表示，這場災難是尼泊爾自2015年地震以來最致命的一場災害，起因是冰川崩塌，引發大量冰雪與碎屑形成的洪流。

大量冰雪與土石形成的洪流還形成巨大湖泊，其中一座新形成的湖泊已直接威脅正在當地搜尋倖存者的救援人員。

在中國西藏，當局昨天因擔心再次發生洪水，暫停在災情最嚴重的吉隆（Gyirong）地區救援，之後表示威脅已經減弱。

中國國家主席習近平主持救援工作會議，表示北京願意協助尼泊爾的緊急救援行動。

救援隊伍爭分奪秒進入受災地區搜尋倖存者，但當地遭到大規模破壞，食物與飲用水供應正逐漸耗盡。

尼泊爾目前公布的死亡人數為579人。災害管理當局表示，尼泊爾境內共有1924人失去聯繫，其中包括517名外國人。

在印度，當局表示已從源自尼泊爾的河流中找到7具遺體，研判可能是洪災罹難者。

在邊境另一側的西藏，由於當地大多數地區無法讓外國記者進入，外界目前主要只能透過中國官方取得資訊。

〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕週五華爾街主要股指收低，美國聯準會（Fed）主席華許（Kevin Warsh）重申央行對抗通膨的重點，增加升息的可能性，投資人因此變得謹慎。標普500指數下跌0.25%，那斯達克指數下跌0.52%，道瓊工業指數小跌9.45點、0.02%，費城半導體指數重挫3.47%，台積電ADR下跌9.78美元、2.29%，收在417.52美元。

綜合外媒報導，華許在懷俄明州傑克遜霍爾舉行的央行年度研討會上表示，雖然今年夏季的個人消費支出（PCE）和消費者物價指數（CPI）優於預期，但這並不代表通膨趨勢已經得到實質改善。華許也說，如果對通膨能否快速明確地朝著聯準會2%的目標邁進沒有信心，央行將「有更多工作要做」。

藍白公投案中選會否決兩案廢除非核家園公投要8億併大選投票

中選會昨公布公投案審查結果，決議「鞭刑」、「交通罰鍰專用」不符「公投法」第二條第二項第三款「重大政策之創制或複決」規定，僅「廢除非核家園」會在年底併入大選投票。中選會主委游盈隆表示，一案預計花費八億多元，開票完成時間粗估是晚上十一點四十分，他有百分之百的信心辦好年底選舉。

鞭刑、交通罰鍰專用沒過關

為衝刺年底選情，國民黨團擬具「鞭刑」、「廢除非核家園」公投案，民眾黨團則強推「道路罰鍰專用」公投，八月十四日於立法院通過提案。中選會昨舉行例行委員會，針對三案進行審查，歷經近三個小時的討論。

游盈隆表示，「鞭刑公投」經委員會討論，決議不符「公投法」規定，理由是現行法律之刑罰種類，尚無鞭刑或類似鞭刑的制度，且「公民與政治權利國際公約」第七條規定，任何人不得施以酷刑，或予以殘忍、不人道或侮辱之處遇或懲罰，也違反「兩公約施行法」，因此中選會八名委員，除了他當主持人沒投票外，七人全數同意「鞭刑」不符合重大政策的創制或複決。

「交通罰鍰專用」公投部分，游盈隆表示，經三次表決，比數皆為四比三，據會議規則，表決到第三次時，不需要絕對過半數，得以多數決來決定，因此決議「交通罰鍰專用」不符「公投法」。

至於「廢除非核家園」公投，游盈隆指出，這項公投案同樣以表決做決定，七位委員除陳月端棄權，其餘六位委員均同意符合規定，因此中選會委員會議決議，「廢除非核家園」公投符合「公投法」第二條第二項第三款重大政策之創制或複決的規定。

根據大聯盟官網道奇記者Sonja Chen報導，大谷今天在道奇對陣老虎賽前，於老虎主場進行了一次比平常更輕量的牛棚練投，大約投20球；日媒則是報導大谷投了17球。不過大谷在一般先發前的牛棚練投通常會至少投30球，因此羅伯斯不確定這次降低投球量，是否為刻意的計畫。

台北市議員苗博雅質詢蔣萬安市長，可不可以讓國中小學的家長會加碼補助由市政府免費提供的營養午餐，讓中小學生吃得好也願意吃。蔣市長以公平為理由，沒有當場同意。張斯綱議員於是說，不要太執著於免費這兩個字，應該以學生吃飽吃好為主要原則，允許家長會適當補助。

要談論這個問題，讓我先談一個以前的例子。幾十年前，台北市小學生數量很大（比如老松國小的學生有ㄧ萬多個，現在只有只有幾百個），每個教室都得擠進五十名以上的學生，老師只有一個，自然不能兼顧到每個學生的需求，而且當時台灣老師的收入不好，於是很多老師就在下課以後，另外開了一個小班，只要學生付點學費，老師可以額外的多教一點，有時候就那麼剛好，教的都是下次考試的題目，因此參加補習班的學生成績自然就比較好，而沒有經濟條件不能參加的學生，功課就落後了。這當然有失公平的原則，於是教育部明令禁止。可是禁止有用嗎？需求就在那裡，照樣偷偷的進行。

這樣就回到剛剛免費營養午餐的問題，如同張議員質詢的時候說，如果午餐吃得不好，或是小孩子不願意吃，家長還是要自己送便當，那不就又回到從前，一樣失去免費營養午餐的美意。

可是問題來了，補助的話能補助多少呢？需不需要有一個上限呢？台北市不大，學校很多，同一個社區同一棟公寓都可能有不同學校的學生，如果午餐的品質相差太大，那麼會不會產生另外一種明星學校呢？如果設了上限，那不就和現在統一的標準一樣嗎？只不過去掉免費，改為部分自費而已。

所以張議員所提出的問題，不是一個簡單的問題，更不是一個政黨對決、意識形態的問題。蔣市長不能當場同意是可以理解的，但是理由絕對不只是公平而已。

〔記者蕭方綺／台北報導〕蕭敬騰與經紀人老婆「Summer」林有慧共同投資開設的知名頂級日料餐廳「渡邉」，先前驚傳因租約屆滿面臨調漲風波，一度被迫限期搬離。Summer昨和蕭敬騰出席活動被問及餐廳進度，坦言原本滿街尋找新店址的計畫已經叫停，目前確定「暫時不搬」，全案已正式交由法律途徑解決。

據了解，「渡邉」當初開業時與房東簽訂5年租約，月租金為15萬元，原定於今年8月18日到期。然而在合約屆滿前夕，房東突然提出調租要求，不僅將月租一口氣喊到23萬元，甚至開價9800萬元詢問經營團隊是否有意直接購下店面。

經過一番協調，雙方原本已達成共識，同意以每月20萬元續租3年。不料在預定簽約的前3小時，房東卻無預警反悔破局，隨後更寄出存證信函，要求店家在18天內限期騰空搬離。面對突如其來的變故，Summer既錯愕又氣憤，為了保障員工生計與餐廳品牌，一度親自在台北東區延吉街一帶奔波尋覓新落腳處。

如今事件出現轉折，Summer透露經律師團隊審視雙方的對話紀錄及相關事證後，認定當時的續租意向在法律上已具備實質效力。在專業律師的建議下，團隊決定暫緩尋找新店面，將租務糾紛全權委託法律程序處理。她也無奈坦言：「我真的沒辦法天天在路上看房子！」

台中市政府推動「陪你長大～全面採用可調式課桌椅」計畫，編近4.9億預算，分三年全面汰換市立國中小固定式課桌椅，改採購16萬餘套可調式課桌椅，教育局指出，第三期預計今年8月底前全數完成配送，新學年度開學前全面到位，全面汰換新式課桌椅計畫達標。

台中市之前原本年編千萬預算助學校汰換超過10年或老舊不堪使用的課桌椅，2年多前有議員統計約有14萬套待汰換，但需預算3億餘元，若以市府年編千萬預算計算，恐需31年才能換完，且汰換的課桌椅仍是固定式課桌椅，不符學生身形不同需求，台中市長盧秀燕推動「陪你長大」計畫，全面淘汰傳統固定式課桌椅，改可調式新式課桌椅，自2025年8月起分三期辦理，依序提供國中三年級至一年級及國小各年級學生汰換使用可調式課桌椅，淘汰傳統固定式課桌椅「陪著孩子長大」。

故宮《龍藏經》走進嘉義監獄收容人手作藝術卡向家人傳遞思念

近期故宮國寶《龍藏經》掀起參觀熱潮，嘉義監獄以不同方式讓收容人與《龍藏經》相遇，6月至8月之間攜手國立故宮博物院南部院區辦理「收容人藝術手作課程」，針對身心障礙、高齡及長刑期收容人規劃藝術創作，將《龍藏經》的文化與藝術元素轉化為容易親近的創作體驗，讓原本只能在博物館展櫃中觀看的國寶，走進矯正教育現場，成為收容人可以理解、創作並傳遞情感的媒介。

課程由故宮南院專業人員帶領收容人認識《龍藏經》的歷史、藝術與裝幀特色，將圖像與色彩元素轉化為創作素材，以藏文「嗡」（ༀ）的吉祥意涵為創作發想，引導收容人模擬沙壇城的創作概念，運用彩沙與白膠，鋪陳色彩，在反覆嘗試與修正中，練習放慢速度、專注當下，完成具有《龍藏經》藝術元素的吉祥藝術卡。

嘉義監獄表示，《龍藏經》的修造源自孝莊太皇太后發願以及康熙皇帝推動修造的歷史背景，有對家人祝禱與祈願的情感意涵。課程將藝術創作與嘉義監獄推動的家庭支持工作結合，完成藝術卡後，鼓勵收容人將作品寄送給家人，讓親手完成的作品，成為「我想念你」、「謝謝你一直陪著我」以及「我正在努力改變」的具體表達。

嘉義監獄說，對長期服刑收容人而言，家庭關係需要長時間經營與修復，親手完成的卡片可能成為重新開啟對話的起點，讓藝術創作從課堂延伸到家庭，也讓收容人有機會透過具體行動表達情感、建立正向互動。

嘉義監獄表示，文化藝術具有跨越身分與場域的力量，未來將持續結合外部專業資源，發展更多元的藝術教育與處遇課程，讓收容人在學習一項技能的同時，也有機會重新認識自己、重新連結家人，累積回歸社會需要的能力。

〔健康頻道／綜合報導〕每天盯電腦、低頭滑手機，肩頸痠痛好困擾。新竹東元綜合醫院骨科醫師張耀元指出，改善肩頸不適可掌握4招，包含：經常更換姿勢、調整桌面與螢幕、加強肩背及核心肌力，以及別把所有痠痛都歸咎於駝背。他提醒，比起整天強迫自己抬頭挺胸，最好讓工作環境適合身體，更重要的是避免同一姿勢維持太久。

張耀元於臉書發文分享，民眾的肩頸不舒服，通常不是單一姿勢造成的。工作時間太長、身體缺乏活動、桌椅高度不合，以及肌力與壓力狀態，都可能一起影響症狀。與其整天勉強自己「抬頭挺胸」，更重要的是讓工作環境適合身體，並避免長時間維持同一個姿勢。

4招改善肩頸不適

民眾日常應該如何避免肩頸痠痛呢？張耀元歸納以下4大原則，提供民眾參考：

第1招：比起完美坐姿，更要經常換姿勢

身體並沒有一個可以維持8小時、完全不會痠痛的標準坐姿。即使坐得再端正，只要固定太久，肌肉仍可能疲勞。因此，工作一段時間後，記得起身裝水、走動或活動肩膀。最主要的是減少連續久坐，讓坐著、站立與走動交替出現。

第2招：調整桌面，不要讓身體追著螢幕跑

螢幕位置太低、鍵盤太遠，或椅子沒有適當支撐，都可能讓頭部不自覺往前伸、肩膀抬起或身體前傾。

上工前先檢查幾個重點：螢幕放在正前方，視線不需要長時間明顯低頭；鍵盤與滑鼠靠近身體，手肘能自然放鬆；雙腳能穩定踩地，腰背有適度支撐；使用筆電工作較久時，可搭配支架與外接鍵盤滑鼠。

第3招：不要只拉筋，也要練肩背與核心

胸前緊繃時，可以進行溫和的胸肌伸展與肩胛骨活動；但若希望改善反覆肩頸痠痛，只靠按摩或拉筋通常不夠。可依能力加入划船、肩胛後收、深層頸部肌群與核心穩定訓練。

研究顯示，肌力與耐力運動對部分辦公室族群的頸部疼痛有幫助，而運動搭配工作環境調整，通常比只提醒自己坐直更實際。

第4招：別把所有痠痛都歸咎於駝背

頭部前傾或圓肩可能與不適同時出現，但並不代表只要看起來駝背，就一定會造成頸椎退化等問題。疼痛往往涉及工作負荷、睡眠、壓力、肌力多種因素。

張耀元總結，若只是一般痠緊，可以先從活動、運動與工作環境著手；如果疼痛已延伸到手臂，伴隨持續麻木、不靈活，或經過調整後仍越來越嚴重，就不宜只靠拉筋或按摩，建議接受骨科或復健相關評估。

根據義大醫療財團最新2025年財務報告，對燁茂實業持股達24.2%（採權益法認列），並持有燁輝企業約6.64萬張以及燁聯鋼鐵約 4.31萬張股票；這三大公司都是義联集團鋼鐵製造與營運的關鍵事業。

義大醫院還持有偉喬投資開發（約5.75億元）、興隆投資開發（約5.52億元）以及唐榮鐵工廠（約1.96億元）等多間上市與未上市公司的股權；透過緊密的交叉持股，義大醫院成為林義守家族穩固經營權、掌控義联集團的「隱形母艦」。

相較長庚醫療每年數10億到百億元的股利收入，可挹注醫院營運，義大醫療股利進帳可說是「微乎其微」。2025年現金股利收入僅40.4萬元，較2024年1490萬元是大幅縮水，主因與鋼鐵產業景氣循環及未上市投資公司配息有關；除現金股息外，透過權益法持有的燁茂實業每年依比例認列帳面獲利，2024年貢獻約9625萬元，2025年貢獻約3568萬元。

義大醫院醫療本業獲利能力不差；2025年義大醫療「醫務收入」達 128.07億元，扣除醫務成本（約108.34億元）與營運費用（約14.62億元）後，本業「醫務利益」達5.10億元。

根據國泰醫療最新2025年度財報，股票資產僅22.8億元，9成是國泰金。除了約2.72萬張國泰金外，還有生醫AI未上市股的雲象科技、帳列價值約1.15億元、永豐金約5734萬元、東元電機約3133萬元及國泰建設約1413萬元；這些股票原始取得成本約14.03億元，累計未實現評價利益8.77億元，公允價值總額22.8億元。

相較長庚或新光醫療，國泰醫療帳上持有股票價值可說是小巫見大巫，但對國泰醫院來說卻是重要的活水來源。以2025年度醫務本業虧損達6.79億元，所幸當年度的非醫務活動淨利益達4.31億元，才將醫院整體稅前虧損縮小至2.48億元；即使是在醫務本業有賺錢的2024年度，其非醫務淨利益3.63億元，也高於本業獲利2.49億元，佔了該年稅前總獲利的59%。

國泰醫療是由國泰人壽捐助創立，董事會由國泰金董事長蔡宏圖親自擔任，副董事長為其長子蔡宗憲，董事名單包含胞弟蔡鎮球與家族成員蔡宗男，監察人由國泰金控總經理李長庚與國泰人壽總經理劉上旗出任。

若換算持股比率，國泰醫療持有的2.72萬張國泰金，僅佔金控發行總股數的0.185%；相較長庚醫療持有台塑四寶5%至18%股權，或新光醫療持有逾86億元金控股權，國泰醫療在母集團的控股角色可說是微乎其微。

〔記者高嘉和／台北報導〕在台灣資本市場中，除了壽險與各類基金外，實力最雄厚「隱形大股東」就是長庚醫療財團法人（長庚醫院）。身為台塑集團核心控股樞紐，長庚醫院除了持有龐大台塑四寶股票外，其他持股還有台積電、聯發科、富邦金、國泰金與中鋼等數十家上市櫃公司股票，帳列股票公允價值最高曾突破3000億元大關；雖然受到中國石化業野蠻擴張衝擊，近3年來帳列台塑四寶價值大幅縮水4成，但持有的1.46萬張台積電卻翻了4.5倍。

四寶帳列價值 2年縮水1400億

除了5大海外信託基金外，長庚醫院對台塑、南亞、台化與台塑化等四寶持股維持在5%至18%不等，是台塑集團控股的兩大母艦之一。受惠於台塑四寶2021年獲利創新高，長庚醫院2022年期末持有四寶股票投資總公允價值高達2354.75億元，但隨著石化產業景氣翻轉，到2024年一度跌破千億元、僅剩963.33億元，短短2年帳面資產蒸發1400億元，到2025年回升至1375.35億元。

也因台塑四寶股價大跌，長庚醫院持有股價帳面價值從2022年的3056.26億元，到2024年縮水至1930.04億元，2025年才會升至2434.35億元。

聯發科大增逾倍中鋼倒退嚕

長庚醫院也長期投資台積電，持股約1.46萬張，隨著台積電股價大漲，持股帳列價值也從2022年63.83億元，到2025年翻了2.5倍至226.77億元，若計算到今年6月底收盤價更破350億元，大增約4.5倍；另也有投資聯發科，持股自621張增至805張，帳列價值也從3.88億增至11.51億元；只是持有約5.3萬張的中鋼，帳面價值從11.71億元縮水至10.07億元。

帳上現金破千億年領息13億

長庚醫院長期以來是全台最賺錢醫院，但主要盈餘來自股利等非醫務收入。因台塑四寶2021年獲利創新高，長庚醫院2022年獲配股息高達220.85億元，但到2025年已縮水至53.47億元；但受惠於全球升息與現金部位擴張，到2025年底持有現金及約當現金已突破1005億元，年利息收入也從2022年2.53億元倍增至2025年13.25億元。

〔健康頻道／綜合報導〕雞蛋、鵪鶉蛋、鵝蛋、鴨蛋等都是常見蛋類，但熱量與蛋白質含量大不同。營養師蕭瑋霖（杯蓋營養師）指出，以每100公克計算，雞蛋蛋白質含量12.6公克，雖然不是蛋白質最高的蛋類，但蛋白質密度高、熱量低，也是所有禽蛋中最平衡的選擇；若想吃高蛋白，可選鵪鶉蛋，也方便控制份量。

6種蛋熱量、蛋白質一次看

蕭瑋霖在臉書粉專「營養初 Nutrue - 營養師杯蓋」發文表示，同樣都是蛋，不同種類的熱量與蛋白質差異，其實比想像中大。他並以每100公克為計算標準，整理出以下常見6種蛋類的營養差異：

●雞蛋：143大卡、蛋白質12.6公克。CP值最高，蛋白質密度高、熱量低，是所有禽蛋中最平衡的選擇。

●鵪鶉蛋：158大卡、蛋白質13.1公克。鐵質和維生素B12豐富，每顆僅約15大卡，也方便控制份量。

●鵝蛋：185大卡、蛋白質13.9公克。蛋白質含量高，但熱量也高。一顆鵝蛋約280至300公克，熱量可達500大卡以上，食用時要注意份量。

●鴨蛋：185大卡、蛋白質12.8公克。蛋白質與雞蛋相近，但脂肪高出45%；鴨蛋黃較大，DHA和維生素A略高。

●鹹鴨蛋：約190大卡、蛋白質13.6公克，但一顆鈉含量高達800至1000毫克，佔每日上限35至43%，高血壓和水腫族群需嚴格控制。

蕭瑋霖表示，想控制熱量可選雞蛋，是最平衡的選擇；想要補充高蛋白可選鵪鶉蛋；鴨蛋、鵝蛋適合偶爾換口味，不宜天天大量吃；至於鹹蛋、皮蛋則是偶爾可用的調味食材，別當蛋白質補充品。

最後，蕭瑋霖提醒，蛋類都是好食物，份量和選擇方式，其實才是決定飲食品質的關鍵。

被高虹安與柯文哲等人政治造謠4年的新竹棒球場，經檢方偵辦後發現，前市長林智堅與市府同仁並未涉及任何不法情事，且經調閱相關影像紀錄，證實未有廢棄物傾倒變賣等情事，甚至球場實際土層厚度高於設計，是為廠商自行增加成本347萬，難以說明有偷工減料之罪。

再者高虹安市府若認為工程有瑕疵，應回到履約爭議的精神，雙方協調或提出民事求償。除此之外，林智堅及市府同仁並無涉及貪污、偽造文書、廢棄物法等罪證，因此獲檢方不起訴處分。

楊玲宜認為，高虹安與柯文哲4年前高喊新竹大秘寶，如今檢方還林智堅及市府人員清白，證明高虹安只想藉由新竹棒球場收取個人政治紅利並進行政治惡鬥。

新竹市立棒球場新建統包工程案，歷經4年偵辦新竹地檢署近日偵結，包括前新竹市長林智堅在內的公務員及巨佳營造統包商等人，遭指控涉貪污治罪條例及政府採購法等，但檢方認定相關人員均無收賄或圖利事證，依刑事訴訟法予以不起訴處分。

檢方不起訴書中提到，棒球場工程雖有諸多瑕疵，市政府若認巨佳營造公司變更施作，造成超重而有公共安全風險、土壤雜物是否合於容許規範、現場排水及施工品質是否符合標準、事後是否得變更設計等，應依相關法令及契約規範，或循民事途徑解決。

檢方不起訴書指，包括蕭、朱、李、帥姓等4人，涉犯刑法第216條、第215條行使業務上登載不實文書罪，經檢察官為緩起訴處分，應在2個月內，各向公庫支付新臺幣4萬元之緩起訴處分金。

新竹棒球場的不起訴書內容長達4000多字，其中前市長林智堅及巨佳營造統包商，和多名市府公務員，遭現任高虹安市府指控涉貪污治罪條例、政府採購法、廢棄物清理法、竊盜、詐欺及文書等罪嫌，經調查結果，認犯罪嫌疑不足，依刑事訴訟法第252條第10款為不起訴處分。

其中檢方經通訊監察、金流比對、搜索及帳務分析，均未發現林智堅或其他市府人員，與巨佳、艾奕康公司間有不法金流、收賄或圖利事證。審計及市府調查雖認有專案管理與監造角色混淆、採購程序及督導不周、未妥適驗收即開放使用等行政疏失，並已進行行政究責及移送監察院審查，但無積極證據證明，林智堅或其他公務員涉犯圖利或違反政府採購法罪責。

有關高虹安市府開挖的廢棄物等內容，檢方的不起訴書中也提到，工程契約及監拆計畫已核准拆除產生之磚瓦、石塊等B5類剩餘土石方，經破碎後得於現地回填；且縮時影像及證人證述，均未發現巨佳等公司自外運入廢棄物掩埋。

市政府兩次開挖雖發現部分未破碎石塊、木材、太空包及其他異物，但數量有限且散落於外野，部分屬設計埋設之PE網、噴灌管線及電線；未符規範石塊約36.245立方公尺，僅占拆除工程產出B5類土石方約0.75%，其餘不合格掩埋物約9.006至10.446立方公尺。

另針對外界質疑棒球場工程預算，由3.5億元一路追加至11.5億元，涉嫌圖利廠商，檢方調查指出，預算增加主因係增列地下停車場、民富立體停車場整修、外野結構補強等11項工項，契約變更金額均未逾原金額50%，程序符合《政府採購法》。此外，經調閱金流、監聽及搜索，均未發現林智堅或市府官員與廠商有不法金流。至於行政疏失部分，已由監察院進行審查。

「指定這個男的，我幫你弄到！」37歲李姓男子竟把男性私密影像做成「客製化服務」，會員只要先付1000元訂金、提供目標男子資料，他便設法接近、誘騙裸聊並暗中側錄，成功取得影像後再收3萬元尾款，甚至還會暗槓私藏轉賣牟利，檢警追查發現受害者逾千人，台中地檢署也在近日偵結起訴李男等人。

李男從去年開始混跡各大社群及交友平台，搖身一變成為「網路辣妹」，使用虛擬女性姓名、照片，透過變聲及預錄影片，營造真人美女假象，主動與男性聊天分享裸照，等獵物放下戒心後再引誘對方脫衣、裸聊，趁機側錄取得性影像牟利。

但讓人細思極恐的，是他竟進一步推出「客製化」服務，會員看中某名男子，只要支付1000元訂金，李男就會想方設法接近，從交友聊天一路布局到裸聊，成功取得私密影像再向會員收取3萬元尾款，若取得影像被李男認為「有價值」，還可能暗槓轉放到其他高價群組販售。

檢警去年5月鎖定這個「男版創意私房」，偵辦洪姓大學生涉嫌兒少性剝削案件時，進一步追查鎖定片源李男等人拘提到案，查扣性影像檔案逾20萬個、上萬部影片，其中更有超過170名未成年被害人。

經查，李男還在Telegram以「直調」（即直男調教）為系列名稱設立「目錄」、「初階」、「中階」、「高階」、「長片」、「軍警」、「健兒」、「幼齒」及「萌健」等9個系列，依會員消費金額分級，從3000元至10萬元不等，不法所得超過560萬元，會員人數約500人，此外，李男也涉嫌從暗網蒐集中國及日韓等地性影像，整起案件規模驚人。

〔編譯魏國金／台北報導〕聯準會主席華許（Kevin Warsh）28日在備受全球關注的傑克森霍爾（Jackson Hole）央行年會演說中，對美國居高不下的通膨表達憂心，但沒有表明是否認為應該升息，以及在什麼情況下，他將支持政策調整。不過他強調，決策者將把利率降至2%目標，否則聯準會「有工作要做」。

華許的演說沒有給出前瞻指引、即聯準會決策的口頭暗示，也沒有提到政策反應函數（reaction function），亦即決定利率調整的經濟訊號，而是闡述自己的決策哲學，並小心翼翼避免釋出如何實現聯準會低通膨與充分就業雙重使命的作法訊息。

他說，「我今天站在此處，致力於一種紀律而非一項決定」。華許的講稿已事先準備，出席會議的還包括他在聯邦公開市場委員會的決策同僚，以及全球央行主席與經濟學家。

在通膨持續高於聯準會2%目標之際，華許因其政策立場模稜兩可而引發批評。他反對先前使用的前瞻性指引，認為利率走向應該交由市場與數據決定，而非聯準會的論調。他演說指出，「你可以稱它為綱要、路線圖，但別稱為前瞻性指引，此作法已過時」。

他坦承通膨過高，他說，「儘管今夏的個人消費支出指數（PCE）與消費者物價指數（CPI）優於預期，但並非意謂根本走勢是有意義的改善」。

他補充，「我們必須確信潛在通膨正以清晰且足夠的速度朝著我們的目標邁進。否則，我們有工作要做。這是我們的職責，我們的使命，也是我們必須堅守的信念」。

華許的演說有別於他的前任者，他們通常利用此年會暗示利率走向、聯準會架構重大調整，或闡明貨幣政策新路線。在去年的會議上，時任主席的鮑爾暗示未來將降息，引發華爾街強勁上漲。

儘管市場參與者已適應缺乏前瞻指引的狀況，但他們仍期待華許至少提供觸發政策回應的反應函數是什麼，但即使在該演說上，他仍不願透露口風。

他說，「聯準會在經濟和市場中扮演至關重要的角色。我們的工具非常強大。我們決定短期利率走向。市場參與者總是試圖預測我們下一步的行動，但我們不應縱容一種讓市場參與者依賴聯準會來決定其下一個交易的機制」。

不滿光州雙年展台灣正名中國撤展

南韓第十六屆光州雙年展九月五日開幕在即，主辦單位日前讓步、恢復「台灣館（Taiwan Pavilion）」名稱後，北京隨即要求中國藝術家撤展。據韓媒MBC報導，原本在光州河正雄美術館進行布展的中國館藝術家與工作人員，應中國駐韓大使館要求，廿八日起開始撤出。前一天，中國駐韓大使戴兵已親赴光州向市長表達不滿，使一場展館名稱爭議正式升高為外交風波。

光州市長：政治判斷不應影響藝術領域

據韓聯社報導，戴兵廿七日在中國駐光州總領事顧景奇陪同下，前往全南光州統合特別市光州廳舍與市長閔炯培會面，這場會晤原是配合全南光州統合特別市成立、閔炯培就任的禮貌性拜會，但席間觸及台灣館更名問題，戴兵對主辦方接受台灣方面要求、核准使用「台灣館」名稱表達「遺憾與憂慮」，閔炯培則回應，政治判斷不應影響藝術領域。中國駐韓大使館當天發布的新聞稿未提及光州雙年展，僅稱雙方就具體合作領域及「共同關心的問題」交換意見。

但據韓媒報導，原本在光州河正雄美術館籌備特別館作品展出的中國藝術家及布展工作人員，已經應中國駐韓大使館要求，廿八日起開始撤出，圍繞光州雙年展的外交爭議短期內預料仍將持續。

第十六屆光州雙年展，九月五日至十一月十五日於光州各地登場，共有十六個國家館與十一個機構館參與。國立台灣美術館三月即以「Taiwan Pavilion」名義提案，四月二日獲主辦單位來信確認通過申請，四月廿三日完成簽約。

爭議起源於光州雙年展基金會六月起片面改以「NTMoFA Pavilion」（國美館英文縮寫）稱呼台灣展館，八月初官方海報正式以此露出，等同在參展名單中抹去「台灣」。我駐釜山辦事處七月初獲悉後即致函抗議，八月十五日，十位受邀策展人與藝術家發表「受審查的台灣館」聯合聲明；台灣館作品連日遭阻無法布展，展出一度瀕臨破局。

韓國藝術界大力聲援台灣

期間韓國藝術界大舉聲援台灣，光州民族美術人協會會長金花順直言，「在倡導民主主義的光州絕不該發生」。文化部二十五日發出最後通牒，要求主辦單位最遲二十六日公開承諾依約履行；當晚基金會立場轉彎，宣布核准恢復「台灣館」名稱，官方文宣與文件同步更正，台灣館作品二十七日自首爾啟運，運往展場國立亞洲文化殿堂（ACC）。

身兼光州雙年展基金會理事長的閔炯培廿六日曾在市府會議中大為光火，強調反對政治、行政力量介入文化藝術領域，並揚言追究相關責任。

「光澤」醫美集團涉監視器偷拍逾300人，新北地檢署昨起訴9人，營運協理陳志敏求刑16年、資訊部主管唐詠傑14年。（資料照）

知名「光澤」醫美集團涉在雙北八家分店裝設偽裝型監視器，竊錄客戶臉部、更衣、甚至裸胸和下半身的影像，被害人逾三百人，包含四名未成年者。新北地檢署昨依違反兒童及少年性剝削防制條例、個人資料保護法共六百多罪，起訴集團營運協理陳志敏、資訊部主管唐詠傑、員工等九人，對陳求刑十六年、唐十四年，監視器業者張朝銘七年。

至少裝78支監視器偷拍消費者

由於光澤醫美集團旗下中、西醫、岩盤浴等事業體，橫跨全國各縣市共四十八家分店，其他分店涉案及被害者人數仍在清查偵辦中。集團創辦人王朝輝搜索前緊急出境滯留中國，並對檢方發布的通緝置之不理，檢方昨呼籲王男儘速返台接受調查、釐清責任。

〔記者吳欣恬／台北報導〕國發會昨發布最新人口推估（二〇二六年至二〇七五年）報告。在少子女高齡化難逆下，總人口跌破二〇〇〇萬人時間點，從前次預估的二〇四九年，提前四年至二〇四五年；且預估十年後（二〇三七年），過半數工作年齡人口由四十五至六十四歲的中高齡族群組成，勞動供給面臨嚴峻緊縮。

高齡化驚人老年人口2037年逾30％

報告直言，少子女化危機比預期更嚴峻，我國總生育率由前年的〇．八八五人驟降至去年的〇．六九五人；內政部統計，今年前七月新生兒僅五．四萬人、年減逾十五％，總生育率將持續下探，是全球「最不想生」國家。

報告警告，高齡化速度如海嘯般襲來，台灣二〇二五年跨入老年人口占比超過二十％的「超高齡社會」後，預估二〇三七年突破三十％，至二〇七五年將高達五十二．九％。

老年人口結構也朝向極端高齡化，八十五歲以上超高齡人口占老年人口比例，將由二〇二六年的十％大幅增加至二〇七五年的三十二．三％，被迫「老老照顧」。

10年後過半數工作都是中高齡族

此外，國人年齡中位數將從二〇二六年的四十六．四歲快速攀升，預估二〇三二年突破五十歲，二〇七五年將達六十七．一歲。

最令人憂心的是十五到六十四歲工作年齡人口，預估將由二〇二六年的一五七六萬人（占六十七．九％），至二〇七五年降至僅五一三萬人（占四十二．三％），大減逾六成；預估十年後，過半數的工作年齡人口由四十五至六十四歲中高齡族群組成。

陳以信：賴政府得了便宜還賣乖

針對總統府、行政院對立法院三讀通過「強化國防自主暨無人載具產業發展條例」接連表達遺憾，批評「不尊重軍事專業」、「限制建軍需求」、「不符國防急迫性」，國民黨文傳會主委陳以信昨嚴正駁斥。他指明，三讀版本不但完整納入行政院要求的三項軍用無人載具採購，更將經費提高至二四〇〇億元，同時保留不足時依實際需求增編的彈性，並進一步建立國內無人載具產業發展機制。他重批「政府拿到更多錢、更大彈性、更完整產業政策，竟敢嫌東嫌西，根本是得了便宜還賣乖」。

陳以信質問「特別預算才能因應建軍急迫性」的說法，他指出特別預算是「特別」在可用舉債或之前歲計賸餘來支應，不代表預算編列或執行上，可減少任何法定程序。換言之，改列特別預算並不代表執行程序就會比較快。他痛批總統府與行政院是「內行人說外行話」，蓄意偷換概念愚弄國人。

民進黨發言人李坤城反擊說，無人載具的發展應以國防需求為核心，並由最了解實際作戰需求的國防部來主導統籌。在野黨版卻另設「至少半數委員由立院黨團推薦」的「國家無人載具產業發展戰略特別委員會」，不僅疊床架屋，更有立法權擴權介入行政權、委員會凌駕國防專業的嚴重疑慮。

鍾佳濱：藍白誆騙無人載具產業

對於國民黨立委賴士葆認為，戰略委員會按照政黨比例可發揮監督作用。民進黨立委鍾佳濱則批評，採購、研發與設計攸關國防機敏，一個毫無正當性的「太上委員會」竟可凌駕於行政院、國防部之上，對行政機關指手畫腳、還要上網公開，不就讓中國輕易取得機敏資訊？藍白誆騙無人載具產業，實則是設下「徐春鶯條款」，讓中國勢力有機可趁。

鍾佳濱說，藍白看似給了金額更高的年度預算，實則誆騙人民，未來以年度預算採購無人載具，又會遇到藍白在立法院卡預算、刪預算、凍預算，結局就是台灣買不到無人載具，產業拿不到訂單。該條例的機關權責前後不一、漏洞百出，例如業者最需要的測試場域，藍白竟要求經濟部會同交通部設立「軍民共用」的場域，跳過國防部，根本無法快速建置測試場域。

假冒銀行債務整合騙信用卡黑心夫妻盜刷Ａ走2.8億

苗栗地檢署偵結，認2家公司涉犯組織犯罪防制條例、洗錢防制法、詐欺等罪，將2家公司的負責人侯男、曾女夫妻檔提起公訴，皆求處10年以上有期徒刑。（資料照）

侯姓男子、曾姓女子為夫妻，兩人在高雄市各成立一家國際行銷公司，涉嫌假借債務整合名義，詐騙民眾交付信用卡，再以網路刷卡方式取得財物，作為債務整合手續費。檢方認定兩家公司涉犯組織犯罪防制條例、洗錢防制法、詐欺等罪，將侯男、曾女起訴，皆求處十年以上有期徒刑，並向法院聲請宣告擴大沒收高達二億八千餘萬元的犯罪所得。

夫妻均被求刑十年以上

檢方調查，侯男曾經在其他家辦理債務整合的公司任職，後自立門戶，先後在二〇一三年、二〇一六年於高雄市成立群榮國際行銷公司、達裕國際行銷有限公司，並與妻子曾女各擔任一家公司的負責人。兩家公司以隨機自動撥號方式聯繫不特定之民眾，向民眾佯稱為富邦銀行或與其有特約關係，推出整合降息方案等，然實際上該兩家公司代辦之業務，為消費者債務清理條例第一五一條前置協商相關文件，依規定金融機構均不接受由代辦公司代辦。

刷民眾的卡騙稱手續費

兩家公司透過話術，使民眾誤信進而接洽後，要求交出信用卡，再由公司人員持民眾之信用卡於網路進行購物，使民眾再負擔信用卡債務；而且該兩家公司人員取得網路購物所得商品後，即轉賣獲取不法所得，並稱這筆款項是債務整合手續費。

案經檢察官指揮刑事警察局及苗栗、台中、高雄等地警方偵辦，清查後至少十九人受害，扣得兩家公司內部業績資料，顯示多達二億八千多萬元的違法所得。

受害人的信用更加惡化

檢方近日偵結認定，兩家公司假冒銀行，宣稱可整合債務，詐騙原已有多筆負債之被害人，向原已陷入困境之被害人收取高額詐騙所得，使被害人經濟、信用狀況更加惡化，犯罪之動機、目的、手段都十分惡劣。

其中，侯男、曾女為此案犯罪組織之核心成員，也分別為該兩家公司實際負責人，最終為實際取得犯罪所得之人，因此提起公訴，並具體求刑十年以上，而兩家公司長年以此為業，依詐欺犯罪危害防制條例第四十八條第二項，向法院聲請宣告擴大沒收二億八千餘萬元犯罪所得。

陳玉秀接受本報「官我什麼事」節目專訪時表示，觀光署「觀光雙輪驅動方案」共投入卅三．三億預算，包括：平日住宿、生日券、遊樂園留宿優惠、企業員工國旅獎助及Taiwan PASS雙省方案，針對國際客則提出四項方案。

陳玉秀表示，報告顯示，七十九％國旅選擇「單日來回」，「留宿」者有六十七．二％集中在週末，加上兩天一夜行程往往匆忙，因此推出三天二夜補助，一般地區第一晚最多折抵八百元、第二晚一二〇〇元，離島地區第一晚折一千元、第二晚一五〇〇元，希望可以讓民眾旅遊多留一晚、更有深度。

抽獎讓國家幫你過生日更有感

陳玉秀說，觀察到許多人「過生日」時願意請假，因此推出生日券，抽獎讓「國家幫你過生日」。

受總預算審查延後影響，有民眾以為一至八月就沒有申請資格，其實並不然，每個月都會抽出一千名壽星，獲一二〇〇元住宿金，九月八日下午五點前登錄，九月九日上午十一點公布，十二月卅一日前使用完畢。

陳玉秀分享，若民眾安排平日二晚住宿，又有抽到生日券，一般地區住兩晚折三二〇〇元，離島地區折三七〇〇元，若加上遊樂園折抵，共可折到五二〇〇至五七〇〇元。如果有交通需求，還可搭配「Taiwan PASS雙省方案」，原價購買二五〇〇元的台鐵版Taiwan PASS，將加贈一五〇〇元平日住宿抵用券，總計最高可得到六七〇〇元優惠。

澎湖天氣涼快海鮮肥美推薦造訪

陳玉秀舉例，九月的澎湖天氣涼快、舒適，且地質景觀豐富、海鮮特別鮮美，推薦大家造訪；又或是民眾可體驗觀光署推出的包括「台中自行車嘉年華」等的十大品牌亮點騎行活動，以每小時十五公里的慢活步調認識台灣等。

陳玉秀說，來台外籍旅客也從過去留在北部遊玩，到近年來有「往南走」趨勢，可能與中南部航班增加有關，將持續針對目標市場合作，以組團方式，讓外國客認識更多台灣其他城市，慢慢帶動自由行。

應對劇烈氣候預警系統力有未逮

中國西藏與尼泊爾邊境廿六日爆發劇烈山洪，目前已造成至少五百人喪生，上千人失蹤，嚴重程度引發國際震驚。除了檢討預警系統在本次災難中未能發揮作用的原因，也凸顯出不穩定的冰川環境，對易受氣候變遷衝擊的區域所產生的危險性。

中央社報導，有尼泊爾記者質疑中國為何不能及時示警。而據南華早報報導，中尼科學家合作開發跨境早期預警系統，用於監控喜馬拉雅冰川湖所引發的洪災，過去數年確實富有成效，本起洪災卻令所有人措手不及，尚無法得知預警系統是否事先偵測到異常狀，或有無發出警示。

災害發生當日，中國研究團隊正好在學術期刊「冰川凍土」發表論文，彰顯中國預警系統近年的成功案例。在第二次青藏科學探勘建立的喜馬拉雅冰川湖預警網路，以及在雅魯藏布江色東普地區和次仁瑪錯冰川湖的冰崩早期預警系統，已共同發布七次預警，其中一次發生在去年的中尼邊境。

中國科學院山地災害專家康世昌分析，跨國地勢的沿線預警工作具有其挑戰性。偵測一起發生在上游的冰岩崩塌，理論上能夠有約廿分鐘的預警時間。然而，一來當地監控設備有限，二來災害源頭來自尼泊爾一端，等到感測器知覺到任何異常情況時，泥流或許已奔流而下。

去年七月，在西藏聶拉木縣的波曲沿岸觀測到水質混濁，被視為冰川潰堤或土石流的明確徵兆，當局隨即撤離下游居民。隔日，吉隆縣普熱普冰川一處面積達六十八萬平方公尺的冰川湖崩裂，洪水引發跨境土石流，摧毀中尼友誼橋梁、超過一公里的高速公路及四座水力發電站，至少十八人罹難。

青藏高原及周邊環繞區域存在超過十萬座冰川。由於喜馬拉雅溫度上升幅度超過全球平均兩倍，這些加速融化的冰川便會帶來難以忽視的氣候、生態後果。報導提到，二〇一一年至二〇二〇年間，與冰川相關的災害發生次數每年平均超過十五次，比例是一九八一至一九九〇年的三倍。中國青藏探險隊去年的調查顯示，區域內可辨識的高風險冰川湖有一二五六個，其中一八二個的洪災危險性極高。

林育羣透露，自己人生最胖時曾達130公斤，近年體重則維持在110公斤左右，今年因健檢亮紅燈，開始認真控制體重，目前已成功甩肉15公斤。

國民黨立委葉元之近日在政論節目談論北市10歲女童遭猥褻案時，脫口稱「沒有性侵害」、「怎麼講到那麼嚴重」，引發社會譁然。昨日他又CALL IN到節目聲稱是被斷章取義，遭到主播再度發文打臉。政治工作者周軒直言，話是葉元之自己講的，電視台有紀錄，葉元之不用凹。周軒也列出相關法條並質疑，一個慘絕人寰的悲劇被元之講得如此輕描淡寫，還錯誤引用，做人的道德底線到底在哪裡？

周軒在臉書發文指出，葉元之說女童「只是被猥褻，沒有性侵害，不用講那麼嚴重」，這話，葉元之自己講的，電視台有紀錄，葉元之不用凹。

周軒直言，雖然葉元之講這話實在令人氣到中風，但更深層的危機是。「我們的立法委員居然不懂法律？」

周軒說明，依《性侵害犯罪防治法》第2條規定，所謂性侵害犯罪，係指觸犯指觸犯刑法第221條至第227條、第228條、第229條、第332條第二項第二款、第334條第二項第二款、第348條第二項第一款及其特別法之罪。

周軒為此也逐一列出相關法條內容，包含：

刑法第224條（強制猥褻罪）：以違反意願之方法，對男女為性交以外之猥褻行為。

刑法第225條（乘機性交猥褻罪）：利用男女精神、身體障礙、心智缺陷或其他相類之情形，不能或不知抗拒而為性交或猥褻。

刑法第227條（對未成年人為性交猥褻罪）：對未滿十四歲、或十四歲以上未滿十六歲之男女為性交或猥褻。

刑法第228條（利用權勢性交猥褻罪）：利用親屬、監護、教養、教育、訓練、救濟、醫療、公務、業務或其他相類關係受自己監督、扶助、照料之人，利用權勢或機會為性交或猥褻。

周軒批評，「什麼叫做只有被猥褻？沒有被性侵害？元之你連性侵害犯罪防治法跟中華民國刑法都沒有讀過吧？悲哀呀悲哀」。

周軒強調，一個慘絕人寰的悲劇被元之講得如此輕描淡寫，還錯誤引用，誤導視聽，做人的道德底線到底在哪裡？

〔記者邱奕欽／台北報導〕「NONO」陳宣裕2023年捲入MeToo風波，遭多名女性指控涉嫌性侵及猥褻，演藝工作全面停擺，鮮少公開露面。繼日前被目擊與妻子朱海君現身平價火鍋店用餐後，近日又有網友在高雄美濃巧遇NONO，發現他竟出現在飲料店內幫忙，意外讓近況曝光。

有網友27日在Threads發文分享，表示返鄉回到美濃時意外看見NONO，並驚訝寫下：「今天回美濃看到NONO，他在賣飲料！」從曝光照片可見，NONO身穿深色上衣搭配短褲，一身休閒打扮現身街頭，身形看來比過去圓潤不少，神情相當輕鬆。

據了解，朱海君是高雄美濃人，姊姊在當地經營手搖飲品牌「朱家茶鋪」，除了美濃總店外，近年也陸續在其他地區展店，透過Google地圖資料可見，美濃總店內部還張貼著NONO與朱海君的宣傳海報，可見NONO自捲入風波淡出演藝圈後，一家人的關係依舊密切。

對此，孫宇晨接受中國媒體《鳳凰網》訪問時，大方承認自己是「重度AI依賴者」，直言公司每天動輒數百萬至數千萬美元的決策，早已全權交給AI處理，自己過去向來是「AI說什麼他就做什麼」。不過他也坦承這次聽AI的話跟景甜分手，是他人生第一次對AI的指令感到困惑與迷茫。
